After conducting some research I found that Nina Nesbiit was signed up to the record label 'Universal Music Group'. Universal Music Group is a American multinational music company and it the largest of the 'big four' record companies in the world. Universal music group is owned my the media conglomerate Vivendi. As Nina Nesbitt is signed up to their record label it means that Universal Music Group own the copyright to the song I wish to use for my music video. Therefore I decided to write a letter to universal which can be seen below to try and gain copyright rights.
